This fruit was sourced from the property Pellion East between Kangarilla and Meadows.
1 row selected for this small batch, allowed to sit on skins for 24 hours before being basket pressed then fermented naturally, aged in seasoned and re toasted French barrels for 15 months then it went through malolactic fermentation and left on lees.
Racked then filtered gently before bottling.
